Our Team

Jon Golby, Trevor Wells, James Wilson and Nigel Herrick founded The Habitat bank in July 2022 bringing together extensive experience across the environmental planning, land, development and financial sectors.

They were able to draw upon their working relationships with planning authorities and local developers to bring forward some of the first habitat banks and offset credits in Leicestershire.  Following this The Habitat Bank has continued to secure opportunities for offset sites across the County ranging from 4 to 100 acres in sizes with a variety of credits available.
