We are proud to announce Charnwood's first statutorily established Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) offset site.

Extending to over 70 acres and running adjacent to the River Wreake, the site is strategically located to restore and enhance nature within the Charnwood Local Authority area. It also sits within both the Trent Valley Washlands and Leicestershire & Nottinghamshire Wolds National Character Areas (NCA’s), providing an opportunity for any developers seeking a solution to their BNG offsetting needs.  

As the only legally established BNG offset site within Charnwood to date, this is a major milestone for both sustainable development and environmental enhancement in the region.
